Royal Crumb

Pastries

Croissants, cinnamon rolls, and tarts.

The photograph shows sourdough from the same bakery. The three rows below are pastries. Each row says who it suits and how we bake it. You take home the pastry in the row you chose. The other rows stay on their own pastries.

Pastries we prepare

The bake
What you tell us
How we bake it
Butter croissants
The pastry, the number, and the day
Butter croissants are layered, baked until golden, and left to rest so they stay flaky. You take them home after that rest. This row is the croissant.
Cinnamon rolls
You want a soft, spiced roll
Cinnamon rolls are baked until the dough is soft and the cinnamon is warm through. They rest before you take them. This row is the cinnamon roll.
Fruit tarts
You want fruit on a pastry base
A fruit tart is baked as a light pastry base, then finished with fresh fruit once the base is cool. This row is the fruit tart.

Facts to settle before we set one aside

  • The bake, the number, and the day.
  • Whether a food must be left out of the dough.
  • Whether you need the bake on the same day.
  • The collection day, which our staff confirm through the contact page.
  • A full catering booking is not included, and we do not give dietary or medical advice. The visit is the pastry you named, baked and rested.

Questions about these pastries

Compare the pastry, the day, and how we bake it. A croissant stays a croissant, a cinnamon roll stays a roll, and a tart stays a tart. When one row fits, use the contact page and name it. We then bake it and tell you when it has rested.

Use the contact page and name the pastry and the day you first asked for. We confirm the new day, or we say it has already been collected. If it has already gone, we say so.

Yes. Tell us you want a second pastry and name the number. We bake it only if the oven time is free. A second pastry is still not a catering booking. It is mixed, baked, and rested on its own.
