What to tell our staff
- The bake: sourdough, a baguette, whole-grain bread, croissants, chocolate muffins, cookies, a fruit tart, or a celebration cake. We mix the dough that matches that choice.
- How many you want, and whether you need them the same day. If that day is full, we name the next day we can bake.
- Any food that must be left out of the dough. We keep it out of the mix, then bake and rest the piece as usual.
- Any change to the collection day, sent through this page. We confirm the new day, or we say the bake has already been collected.
- A correction to a page, if a sentence on the site is wrong. We correct the sentence. A correction is not a bake.
This page does not collect a form
This website has no public form, no account, and no signup list. A message goes to the email or the phone printed on this page, so you can see where it lands. We use it to set a bake aside or to correct a page. This site has no comment box. If you want a bake set aside, use the email or the phone on this page and name the bake.
Do not send card numbers, passwords, or identity documents by email. A bake needs only the name of the bake, the number, the day, and any food that must be left out. We do not need anything more to set that bake aside.
